Dear Philip
Now that the dust has settled after my daughter’s wedding I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your hard work on making the day so successful.
I’m sure it’s every father’s wish to make his own daughter’s wedding the best there ever was, and I must admit up until it was my turn to put my ability to the test I didn’t appreciate how complex a task that actually is.
Your easy professionalism helped give the day a certain calmness, you seemed to have everything organised before I needed to even ask, leaving me to spend my time with the happy couple rather than panicking about what had to happen next or making sure that we were on schedule. I don’t know how you achieved it, but you most certainly took any pressure off me and were constantly there as liaison between everyone from the Photographer, the Caterers and even ageing relatives.
The day really did flow perfectly and I think I achieved my wish. Diane and Gary will never forget their day, likewise I’m sure everyone will also remember the Man in Red who was quietly ensuring that the day was perfect, with everything just magically occurred at the right time and in the right place.

Just a quick note to thank you for all you did to make Viki and Steve’s wedding day on Saturday 22nd July run as smoothly and efficiently as it did.
My overriding impression was of a day that flowed seamlessly, from leaving the house with my daughter at around 2.00 pm right through to waving her and Steve off from the reception at around 11.30 pm. Having now had quite a lot of feedback from family and friends who were guests at the wedding I find that this was the general feeling and I have received many kind comments on how successful and enjoyable the day was.
This success was in no small part due to the effort put in by yourself, relieving me and the best man of the stress of having to deal with the photographer, caterers, guest arrivals, timing of the meal and speeches and all the other small but essential tasks that go to make such a day memorable and special. Jane, Viki, Steve and I all really appreciated your sensitive and professional manner, as did all of our guests, and we were particularly pleased to welcome you and Carol as our guests in the evening after your formal duties were completed.
Once again many thanks Phil and all good wishes for a successful future. I certainly would not hesitate in recommending your services to anyone organising a function of any kind.
